Customized Accounting Application

Suffering from labor intensive invoicing procedures, daily close of registers, month-end closes, and fiscal end of year closes, this medium sized business contracted Graphic Jam S.A. to create an accounting software system to replace an aging spreadsheet system which was becoming unmanageable due to recent growth in business and limited staff. The requirements were that it would integrate with their existing customer and order processing database, be multi-user password protected, and be available over the network with a back end front end split database solution. The results:

With an extremely fast growing English department, this language school was faced with the challenge of recording, quantifying and calculating evaluation scores of their professors for feedback sessions and recognition. With a limited staff and over 1000 students per semester, the evaluation process was limited by the time an effort it took for the staff to distribute evaluation forms, collect them, input the data into excel spreadsheets, and produce individual summaries based on the information.

In collaboration with the school’s IT department, Graphic Jam S.A. built a solution over the existing network by which the students complete their own evaluation in the computer lab in an online access form. The results:
